Please call us on 01670 737080 or 07786070103 to pay via credit card. Please note, for orders more than £120 the order must be sent to the card holder’s registered address.
Paying with Bank Transfer:
Transfer funds online/telephone banking or pay cash over the counter at a Barclays Bank branch.

Paying with Paypal:
You should have selected the "Paypal" payment option and this should have directed you straight to Paypal to authorise the transaction.
If this has failed for whatever reason please email us using our contact form on our contact page or call us on 07786070103 if urgent.
Shipment options
When will I receive my order?
If your order was placed and paid for before 12:00 noon it will be dispatched to you the same day.
Royal mail recorded delivery = 1-3 working days
Parcelforce 24 = 24 hour delivery
Will I receive a tracking number?
We will email you Parcelforce and Royal Mail tracking numbers you can use on their websites to track your order. Please ensure you use a current email address.
I want to return my order, what do I do?
Please contact us on 01670 737080 or 07786070103 to make arrangements for your order return.
All of our parts are good quality & tested prior to dispatch (where applicable).
All items carry a 7 day return policy, on orders where we have made an error by way of dispatching the incorrect/faulty part(s) or should part(s) be damaged in transit.
This means is that you have 7 days from the post marked date, to return merchandise for a refund once we have given the approval for a return.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us via e-mail ASAP and we will do the best we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have sufficient time to return the order, once we agree on the return.
We will be unable to correct any order after the 7 day period. gtschris.com will pay for the return delivery fee (Parcelforce 48 or 1st class Royal mail) associated with returned merchandise only when we have made an error.
Please note: All our parts are UV marked, do not attempt to return a faulty part off your car claiming we have dispatch a poor quality item.

Tuning Parts
Useful tuning parts held in stock for immediate dispatch, one of the biggest
delays in import tuning is often the down time waiting for part to arrive from
the overseas, not with us, if you can add it to your basket on this site it
means its on our shelf here in the UK! For urgent orders give the parts hotline
number a call we’ll be happy to hear from you.
Workshop
The proprietor of gtschris.com (Chris Huntley) has over 14 years technical
experience tuning performance cars, half of that time specifically the MR2
Turbo. We are a real full time business based in Northumberland with a 2000sqft
workshop, you can come and visit us, collect parts or bring your car into us for
servicing, MOT testing & bodyshop work.
